Dr. Jayant Sharma did his MBBS from SMS Medical College, Jaipur and MD in General Medicine from RNT Medical College, Udaipur, Rajasthan. Before his DM, Gastroenterology degree from GB Pant Hospital, New Delhi, he had the opportunity of working in Gastroenterology departments of SGPGI, Lucknow and SMS Medical College, Jaipur. During his DM period he did extensive research on HBeAg Negative Chronic Hepatitis B. Hepotology is his area of interest. He is a member of Indian Society of Gastroenterology.
